SHIPPING POLICY

1. Singapore Delivery

INANIKKAH currently offers delivery within Singapore.

Our standard delivery fee is:

S$15 per order

Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout.

2. Self-Collection

Self-collection is available from the East side of Singapore.

Collection arrangements and the collection location will be communicated to the customer after the order has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed collection time.

3. Overseas Shipping

Overseas shipping is currently unavailable.

We will announce when overseas delivery becomes available again.

4. Damaged Parcels

Customers are advised to inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery.

If a certificate frame arrives damaged, please contact INANIKKAH through Instagram DM and provide:

• Clear photographs of the damaged product

• Photographs of the packaging and parcel

• Proof of delivery

• Order details

Our team will assess the situation and follow up accordingly.

5. Damage After Delivery

INANIKKAH is not responsible for damage that occurs after successful delivery or collection.

Customers are advised to handle and store their products appropriately once they have been received.

6. Nikkah Partition & Event Décor Delivery

For Nikkah partitions and event décor services, transport, delivery and setup are included in the applicable package pricing.

Our team will arrange delivery and setup according to the confirmed event booking.

For partition and décor bookings, customers should contact INANIKKAH through Instagram DM.

Last-minute enquiries may be accepted approximately one week before the event, subject to availability.
